What we ask for, why we need it, and who else sees it.
Signing in
There is no password and no registration form. You enter a phone number, we send a six-digit code to it, and entering that code signs you in. The number is how we recognise you on your next visit and how a rental company reaches you about the car.
A code is single-use and short-lived, and asking for another one replaces the one before it.
Your driving licence
Before a car is held for you, checkout asks for the licence number, the country that issued it, its class, the date it was issued, the date it expires, and your date of birth.
Every one of those is there to answer a single question — whether you may legally drive this class of car in this market on these dates. A rental company cannot hand over a car without it.
The booking itself
The car, the city, the collection and return times, and — if you chose delivery rather than a branch — the address the car is coming to.
Photographs of the car at handover and at return, which are how a dispute about its condition is settled by evidence rather than by memory.
Your card
We never see or store your card number. The payment page belongs to the payment provider, the card is entered there, and what comes back to us is the provider’s own reference for the payment and nothing else.
If you are a rental company
Registration asks for the company’s own papers — a trade licence in the United Arab Emirates, a Commercial Registration in Saudi Arabia — and the rest of the documents the form lists. Nothing goes on sale until they are reviewed.
Who else sees it
The rental company supplying your car, which needs to know who is collecting it and where it is going.
The payment provider, which charges the card and settles the money. Funds pass from the card to the provider and from the provider to the rental company and to us — the platform never holds anyone else’s share.
The tax authority, through the invoice. In the United Arab Emirates that is the Federal Tax Authority and the number on the invoice is a TRN; in Saudi Arabia it is ZATCA and the number is a VAT registration number. They are separate registrations and neither stands in for the other.
Nobody else. We do not sell what you give us, and we do not hand it to an advertiser.
Asking us about your own data
The help page carries the phone number and the inbox for your market. Anything about a booking, a charge or your own record is ours to answer, not the rental company’s.
Who you are dealing with
A car in the United Arab Emirates is booked with, charged by and invoiced by Neuvoke Technologies.
A car in Saudi Arabia is booked with, charged by and invoiced by Masar Kanaz. Which entity applies follows the car's market, not where you are reading from: a Saudi booking is with the Saudi entity whoever makes it.
