Before you rent — booking, the driver and their papers, the price and the deposit, fuel and tolls, and delivery.
Choose your city, your dates and how you want the car — delivered to you, collected from the branch, or at the airport. Every car shows its price for one day before VAT, and its page shows the deposit, the kilometres and the terms before you go on.
At checkout you sign in, say who is driving, and pay. The rental company accepts the booking, and its name and number appear on your trip.
Yes. Each car on Qorib is a model at an office — a Toyota Camry 2025, not "a Camry or similar". Where the picture shows the class rather than that car, it says "Representative image".
An independent, licensed company, checked before its cars go on sale. You see its name and its number once your booking is confirmed; before that every car is judged on its price and its terms alone.
The car, its delivery and a breakdown are the company’s to answer. The money, the booking, the deposit and any dispute are ours.
From your trip. Cancelling up to 4 hours before pick-up costs nothing; inside 4 hours, one day’s charge; not turning up counts as one day’s charge. You see the exact refund before you confirm.
If the rental company cancels, you are refunded in full and credited, whatever the reason.
Each car says its minimum age and years of driving on its page. Everyday cars usually ask for 21 and a year; larger and premium cars ask more. Tap "Not a match?" on a car, or set the driver under More filters, to see only the cars you can rent.
Your licence and date of birth are checked against the car when you book.
The originals — not copies or photos on a phone. What they are depends on where you live:
In the UAE, visitors from the GCC, the United Kingdom, the United States and most of Europe can usually drive on their licence from home; others need an International Driving Permit with it. The list is the Roads and Transport Authority’s, and it changes — check it before you travel.
In Saudi Arabia, visitors drive on their licence from home, with an International Driving Permit where their country needs one.
A resident drives on the country’s own licence: a UAE resident on a UAE licence, a resident of Saudi Arabia on a licence valid there.
The car for your dates, its delivery where you asked for it, and the kilometres the car states. Extras — a child seat, an additional driver — are priced on the car’s page and added only if you choose them.
Prices are before VAT. Checkout adds it on a line of its own: 5% in the UAE, 15% in Saudi Arabia.
The whole rental is charged when you book, by our payment provider; your card details never reach us. The booking is confirmed once the payment succeeds, and nothing is added at the desk.
For what can only be known after the rental — tolls, traffic fines, fuel or damage. Each charge comes with its evidence, has a stated limit, and can be disputed from your trip for 72 hours after you are told about it.
Each car says so before checkout. Some hold none — the card says "No deposit". Others reserve an amount on your card; it is not taken, only held.
Some cars offer a damage waiver for a daily fee, which removes the deposit.
The reservation is released when the car comes back clean, or when a booking is cancelled. It is claimed only against photographic evidence of damage, and only as much as the damage. Your bank may take a few days to show the release.
Bring the car back with the fuel it had at handover, unless its page says otherwise. If it comes back with less, the rental company may charge the difference to your card, with evidence.
In the UAE, Salik gates in Dubai and Darb gates in Abu Dhabi charge as you drive through. The rental company passes tolls and any traffic fines on after the rental, each with its record, to your card on file — and you have 72 hours to dispute one.
Each car says the kilometres included for your rental, and what each kilometre past them costs — or "Unlimited km", where there is no limit at all. The allowance covers the whole rental, not each day.
Return by the time on your booking. After a 59-minute grace, a late return is charged.
Call the rental company — its number is on your trip — and call us. An accident, an unsafe car or being stranded is answered at any hour. Do not send it by email.
You pin your address at checkout and the car is brought there at the time you booked. The delivery price follows the distance from the rental company’s office, and you see it before you pay.
Or collect the car from the company’s branch, or at the airport where a company has a desk or delivers there.
Not to browse. At checkout you sign in with a code sent to your email, or with a password — and your trips, receipts and invoices are kept in your account.
