Us. Charges, refunds, deposits, invoices and anything about a booking are the platform’s to answer, never the rental company’s.

An emergency

Call. An accident, an unsafe vehicle or being stranded reaches a person straight away — do not send it by email.

The sign-in code never arrived

Ask for another after thirty seconds; the new one replaces the old. If none arrives, call or email and we will verify you another way.

A charge you disagree with

A charge can be disputed from the booking itself for 72 hours after you are told about it. Past that window, or once it is settled, this page is the way back to us — quote the booking reference.
